Staffing Group Opportunities
Incredible Events offers a unique opportunity to local volunteer/non-profit organizations interested in raising money. We use qualified staffing groups to help set-up, service and break down our events. In return we compensate these organizations with an agreed upon donation.
 
Investing in Communities
We've had great success and enjoy many longterm relationships with local staffing groups that have developed over several years. Our clients like the idea of using local organizations to help with their events. It is a great way for our customers and our company to invest into the communities we do business with and a positive way to get people involved.
Staffing Group Responsibilities
We have an organized system to help staffing groups understand and perform their roles at each of our events. Approximately 2 hours prior to the start of an event, our managers meet with the staffing group. Assignments, detailed instructions and communications channels are established. Assignments include running game booths, preparing food, serving snack items, supervising children’s activities and running sports tournaments and games. An average event is four to six hours long. Event t-shirts, lunch, drinks and aprons (as needed) are provided for volunteers. Following the event, the group helps break down the equipment and load it in our trucks. The average event break down takes between 1-2 hours.
 
Donation Payments & Deposits
Donations are determined by: the number of people needed for the staffing group; event set-up, run time and break down time required; and the number of activities the staffing group is assigned to handle. Once a signed copy of the staffing agreement is returned to Incredible Events, a portion of the total donation is sent to your organization as an advance thank you for a job well done.
