We will acknowledge your complaint within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your complaint and an estimated timeframe for our investigation. If we need additional information, we may contact you to request it.

3. Investigation Process
We will investigate your complaint to ensure our team has followed all procedures correctly. During this process, we may request supporting evidence, such as screenshots or emails.

4. Outcome of the Investigation
You will receive a ‘final response’ from us, detailing the results of our investigation and whether we have found evidence to support your complaint. We aim to provide this response as soon as possible, typically within 14 days to 8 weeks, depending on the nature of your complaint.
